- Send images (ideally front, top and side): 2K resolution of product designs OR 10-megapixel photos of physical product
- Confirm dimensions to accurately calibrate size: height, width and depth measurements OR CAD/STEP files
- Describe functions if product has working features: e.g. touch top to remove lid, press power to see drinking being prepared etc
